New Student Orientation

Please plan on attending the day assigned to your technical program.  Students and Parents should both plan to attend. The agenda for the day is as follows:

 Full Time Students

First Hour

Overview of the Technical Curriculum and Clothing / Supply Requirements

Remaining Time

Students will take Study Island Benchmark assessment test to evaluate reading and math levels

Parents will report to the cafeteria

*Information session / Completion of forms

*PowerSchool –Parent Portal – online 

  information system for parents will be 

  discussed /  passwords obtained

*Lenape’s Parental Contact system

*Cafeteria accounts

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Part Time Students

First Hour

Parents and students will report to the cafeteria (refreshments will be served)

*Information session / Completion of forms

*PowerSchool –Parent Portal – online

  information system for parents will be  discussed /  passwords obtained

*Cafeteria accounts

*Part Time Student Handbook

Remaining Time

Overview of the Technical Curriculum and Clothing / Supply Requirements

 

 

 

(Full time students are to return to the cafeteria upon completion of the assessment.)
