IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Planning for continuous improvement of leadership, teaching and learning is critically important to ensure that all students have access to a world-class education that prepares them for college, career, and life.  Pennsylvania’s cycle of improvement is grounded in evidence-based approaches that can both improve student outcomes and increase return on investment, as resources are spent on programs and practices likely to have a positive impact.  Opportunities to create, assess, and adjust throughout the cycle empowers local education agencies and schools to engage all stakeholders in pursuit of a shared vision for student success.

Lenape Technical School has completed the comprehensive planning process and is pleased to present our student-oriented school improvement program for the 2025-2028 evaluation period. This plan was developed with the support of our steering committee made up of educators, administrators, business and industry representatives, and other school community stakeholders and was approved by the Joint Operating Committee in September. Using multiple measures of school performance data, our team has identified focus-areas without our educational model where we can work to improve student growth and achievement.

If you should have any questions or concerns regarding our plan, please contact Dr. Jason Gurski, Assistant Director/Principal at gursjas@mylenape.com
