Graduation Activities Update

Dear Parents, Families, and Class of 2021,

We wanted to provide you an update on end-of-the-year activities and procedures in preparation for graduation.

Please see the following updated information regarding the last week of school for seniors as well as graduation practice/ dress rehearsal. Any seniors with obligations will be informed to report to school on June 8th

 

 

June 7th

Last day for Seniors w/ Passing Grades   and Senior Locker Cleanout

Virtual Awards Assembly 1pm

June 8th Seniors with Any Obligations Must Report
June 9th 5:30 Group Graduation Practice 9am-11am 7:30 Group Graduation Practice 12:30pm-2:30pm
  Senior Picnic open to both groups 11am-12:30pm
June 10th 7:30 Group Dress Rehearsal 8am-10am 5:30 Group Dress Rehearsal 10:30pm-12:30pm
 

4 Tickets per senior will be issued upon verifying formal wear

2 Parking passes will be issued to 7:30 Group Students

Please refer to the Graduation Information sheet that was provided to each senior and follows this letter. It provides detailed information about appropriate dress for commencement, commencement tickets, as well parking information to facilitate both commencement ceremonies.

 

MASKING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING

Capacity limits have been lifted for this event, therefore allowing our graduates to receive the traditional 4 tickets for graduation.  Following CDC guidance and in consultation with our school physician, we will still be social distancing and assigning seats for both ceremonies.  Additionally, all guests will be required to wear masks.  Graduates will be permitted to remove their masks before crossing the stage to accept their diplomas.
