Armstrong County Community Foundation Scholarships: Over 40 different local scholarships are available for high school seniors on this website, including the Armstrong County Technical School Scholarship. Students must create an account, complete, and submit the Universal Application. Once the Universal Application is submitted, the student will receive prompts for additional scholarships they may be eligible for.
