Horatio Alger Scholarship Programs: There are scholarships available for juniors, seniors, and current college students. Deadline: February 15, 2026 for SENIORS, March 1, 2026 for JUNIORS.
Armstrong County Community Foundation Scholarships: Over 40 different local scholarships are available for high school seniors on this website, including the Armstrong County Technical School Scholarship. Students must create an account, complete, and submit the Universal Application. Once the Universal Application is submitted, the student will receive prompts for additional scholarships they may be eligible for. Please complete the additional information required for each of those scholarships. Deadline: February 16, 2026
